We offer room rentals for students and researchers who are visiting Göteborg for their studies. This is an ideal choice if you wish to be close to the vibrant life of the city while also enjoying a peaceful atmosphere that helps you concentrate on your academic pursuits.

Our property, featuring an apartment and a cozy house, is nestled in the scenic area of Krokslätt in Göteborg. A short stroll leads you to the bus station, with a mere 8 minutes to Chalmers, 10 minutes to the city center, and just 15 minutes to AstraZeneca by bus. The neighborhood is close to supermarkets and dining options, and is conveniently near the tram line.

In both accommodation options, each resident enjoys their private bedroom while sharing common areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, laundry room, and deck. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy meals. Parking is also available for both cars and bicycles. The rent covers heating, water, TV services, waste disposal and internet.

Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable new bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Fresh linens and bedding are provided for every new guest.

Please note that smoking indoors and bringing pets are prohibited. Each room accommodates one tenant only; couples cannot share a room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining, and it also comes equipped with a convenient dishwasher.
